We’re proud to announce that RB Plumbing & Heating has secured a prestigious contract with Legal & General Homes. This will see us support the development of hundreds of new-build homes at Buckler’s Park Crowthorne.
We applied for tender after discovering not only the interesting and high-profile nature of the project, but also Legal & General’s social values, which mirror ours closely.
Both our priority and theirs is to make a positive impact on our community, creating homes and jobs to boost the local economy as much as possible. In fact, 95% of our engineers are local residents, living within 10 miles of the TRL site.
We also knew that our recent experience working on complex, high-end developments – and the skills and knowledge we’ve acquired through these jobs – would transfer across to this project very well.
Legal & General not only agreed with this reasoning, but also wanted to fulfil their own pledge to operate alongside local businesses.

Phase one is due to begin in March, and will see the build of 207 high-quality homes over the next three years.
